In Yutz, the composition of the Meilbourg development zone, located next to the Moselle wooded sides, drives us towards a dialog between the forest and the development space.
Traditional and large coated layouts are interrupted by wooded vegetation, which is scattered on the whole site.
A long, soft-path way waves on the entire length of the site, as the composition link of this project. Next to the latter, parking frames are always interrupting to leave room to a succession of woody strips. « Forest goes down the activity zone ». These surfaces are also the place for rain water infiltration.
