The business park project is located at the foot of the Champagne vineyards. This situation, both landscape and regulatory, requires a particularly successful conceptual attitude.

The foot of the vineyard slopes are most often extended by the ploughed land of the chalky plain and are devoid of any vertical elements. This principle contributes to the general identity of the vineyard slopes and to the relationship they have with the plain of Champagne.

The creation of the Trouilly business park in Ay-Champagne will break with this landscape configuration. It is a question of proposing a new "landscape system" which creates simple and coherent visual relations with the existing landscape.
