The requalification of the former municipal baths raises the question of the future use of the site and its image. Marking the first image of the city coming from the West, the site of the former municipal baths presents today an abandoned image and is the object of deviant uses like any abandoned site.
The planning proposal includes three scenarios with increasing ambitions:
- The first stage sees the total removal of the old municipal baths and the installation of a "natural" type of vegetation to compose the image of the site through regular alleys.
- Scenarios 2 and 3 propose to compose a project with partial conservation of the old baths to welcome the public and events oriented towards the expression of contemporary art.
