Composed and built in 2016, this new neighbourhood presents some of the principles of the sustainable city.
After 3 years of life, it is found that the narrow and one-way streets, the sidewalks separated from the road by the strips of plants infiltrating stormwater, the lack of parking on the streets and the creation of parking pockets are all principles that define a neighbourhood in which everything seems to be going well.
