Bazancourt (51) Clone of Definition study prior to the redevelopment of the town hall square

Located between the town hall, the church, a listed historical monument, and the village hall, this square is a meeting place currently dedicated to car parking.

The idea of a garden square allows this place to be in line with the precepts of sustainable development.

Bazancourt is historically known for the production of textiles. The compositional principle of the project reflects this through the superimposition of "vegetal meshes": vegetal benches, blue grasses and roses of different colors.

The limits of a former cemetery is redefined around the church. A work of altimetry puts the church back on its promontory that time had erased.
