The evolution of the project seeks to reinforce its relationship to a sustainable development approach.

- a slight increase in vegetated surfaces by reducing the length of the parking spaces

- strong increase in the infiltration of rainwater by the creation of ditches on a large part of the perimeter and the implementation of pavers with vegetal joints

- increase of the biodiversity coefficient by the creation of diversified vegetal strips around the perimeter of the plot.

This set of measures makes it possible to reconnect with the notion of a natural cycle in the city.
