The site of Colombey-les-Deux-Églises was classified on March 27, 1973 as one of the picturesque sites of the Haute-Marne department.
The State, represented by the Direction Régionale de l'Environnement and the Architecte des Bâtiments de France, wishes to find a balance between the protection of this territory and the simplification of the implementation of development projects.
